About Us
We are a female-only gym with our own private studio separate from the usual gym goers where you will feel: SAFE, COMFORTABLE, UNDERSTOOD and most of all NOT JUDGED.
An amazing place to start or to reignite your health and wellbeing journey. We have mature, female coaches who will assist you with everything you need to achieve your individual goals whatever they may be.
Individualised workout programs performed in a small group environment. Personalised support, plus all the accountability you need to succeed. We will help you to be your best self: Mentally, Physically and Emotionally.
We are a community of like-minded ladies that are all experiencing or have experienced the same or similar life experiences. We are a ‘sisterhood’ that cares about each other, supports each other and builds each other up.

FOFF TEAM
Our team has a broad range of experience in both a fitness training aspect and in life. We come together with a wealth of knowledge on how to adapt exercises for injuries and ailments. We cater for people who have previously exercised as well as ladies who have never exercised.
We love helping our members become stronger and healthier. The benefits of greater strength, agility, balance and coordination will only benefit our members moving forward as they age and gives us great pride in helping them achieve these goals.

FOFF is like having a personal trainer but with the added bonus of workout with like minded ladies who are all working to their personal goals. No pressure is ever put on anyone, and workouts are tailored to suit all abilities. Everyone is very supportive and cheers on achievements. My balance and strength have both improved immensely, and with Kelli’s guidance on diet and water intake I have managed to increase my muscle strength and reduce body fat. My energy levels have improved as has my concentration, so it’s been a win all round for me. The friendships amongst the members are fabulous and lots of fun is had at the coffee catch-ups after the sessions.
